Triathlon Association Zijl has invited us to an event they organize.

Op 28 December Zijl organizes an evening swim in lead, with the aim to swim 100x100m. So tie 10 kilometers in total,

Starting with swim 18.55 hour and start every 2 minutes for a new 100m. That 100x and then you are ready to 22.15 uur. Then the canteen will be open for drinks and snacks. Nice if you would be in!

    They have a lot of jobs.
    Around the 2 Start minutes. A number of swimmers per lane at speed.
    Start in the new leisure pool
    At 100 x 100m start je om 19:00 = 10km ready 22:20 uur
    Start in the new leisure pool
    At 80 x 100m start je om 19:40 =7.5km

    Start in the old competition pool for 20:00 ready to 22:00 uur
    At 60 x 100m start je om 20:00 = 6km
    Start in the old competition pool
    At 50 x 100m start je om 20:20 = 5km
    Start in the old competition pool
    At 40 x 100m start je om 20:40 = 4km
