Onze aanvraag bij Fonds1818 is gehonoreerd en per begin september hebben we als vereniging een AED. Het apparaat heeft een mooi plekje gekregen in de surfhut van Klaas van Zijverden, so we also in and around the 'clubhouse' may have an AED.
The device is completely effective, and may then, if necessary, also be used directly. The corresponding AED training has not yet taken place, and I'm still waiting for contact from Sportservice Zuid-Holland to schedule this training. Once this more clearly, we will also approach people to follow training.
We hope that it will never be necessary to have to use the AED, but in the event a disaster occurs, we are now equipped in and around the Klaas Surfhut with an AED.
