From the association we swim outside in Lake Como. Swimming in open water is never completely safe from danger. For that reason it is good to follow the following guidelines.
1. Never go swimming alone.
2. Provide a phone.
3. Beware of hypothermia and always swim with wetsuits.

5. Always swim with a brightly colored swim cap.

Tips:
