Next Wednesday 21 January the Zoladz test in the planning
The result gives you a nice oak point for the rest of the season, and possibility-oriented(is) train in the upcoming periods.
For those who are unfamiliar with the principle of Zoladz test:
In the test, use is made of Zoladz 5 Global heart rate zones based on your maximum heart rate. This means Max HR – 50 -40 -30 – 20 en -10 succeed.
In each area you walk 6 minuten, and keep your distance walked for yourself at. This distance gives after every 6 minutes on the trainer by, and take your 2 minute active recovery.
Do you know your maximum heart rate is not, then you can calculate to estimate (220- your age).
After this test, the data is processed, and each athlete will receive accrued and distances walked rate per zone. There will also be clearly visible progress and can be specified in which areas should be trained more or less on the basis of this.
We do this test several times a year, So the good method to measure the progression during the season and over multiple seasons.
I would say to Wednesday, and take your sports watch and heart rate monitor with.
