Since many years we use for running training levels to identify the intensity of the workout and the intervals on this tune. As of Wednesday 17 next April, this change and will be made only using the Zoladz test as basic test for determining the 5 target zones for running. The training will be translated on the basis of the intensity of the table, NTB (or rather the NTC) as stated in the March issue of Triathlon / Duathlon Sport.
Woensdag 10 next April will be once again an opportunity to make a Zoladz test to determine the levels and see if there t.o.v. a former test progress has been made. For Zoladz test is using a heart rate monitor required.
Starting Wednesday 17 April training on the job the summer cycle will start again and alternates with a combination of training and running training in forest. We begin Wednesday the 17th with a combinatietraining. The whole cycle can be found in the annual planning of our association, but I will also create separate events so that everyone knows when the training is given.
