A.s. woensdag (20 Maart 2019) will the 3 kilometer walking path place, which is part of the Club Competition. As for walking, this is the second and also the last opportunity to check off the walking part (If you want to participate for prizes ;-)).
We would like to make you aware of the following times:
Vanaf 19:00 it is possible to sign up for the Club Competition Commission!
Running-can on regular times (19:00 in front of 2 circles or 19:15 in front of 1 round). After running there is the opportunity to stretch and stretch. We starten om 19:45.
As always, the course will take place at the Spartan and involves 3 kilometer (7,5 round).
