Lap Kika

Hello TVBers .
As most of you already know , I go along with , Bart v/d Bosch, Mark Breugem, William Mountain bikes for Kika.
De Giro Di Kika, This is a sponsored trip to Kika in Italy,in which we 6 dagen 1000 km cycling and 16000 start processing altimeters.
To get my sponsorship money together I would like to draw your attention to the following.
On Saturday 7 March, I therefore organize a spinning marathon.
Sports Plaza in Hillegom offer my space and Bart Miller is willing to teach.
These are spiningruimte 30 bicycles available

The spinning marathon consists of 3x a lesson hour
The first hour, van 8.30 tot 9.30 is especially a lesson for the young members of the RTV and their parents .

After this there are two hours 10.00 tot 11.00 and from .
These two hours are for TVBers you can register an hour and of course you can even 2 subscribe pm .
We starten om 10.00 with a spinning class and 11.30 We go uphill cycling .
Will you join here , if so then it takes a contribution from 10 euro per bike( per hour)
for Kika, If you want to make more, I have no objection .
For this, you do get a top raining
It is a lesson of which can be used as for preparation for the triathlon season.
Afterwards you can take a shower .
