Desecondtraditionalclassicis back on the agenda: Lisserbroek – Kinderdijk
– Lisserbroekthrough a beautiful rural route (ong 180 km). Hetprogramfor this day is as follows:
Datum: donderdag 30 mei 2019
Vertrektijd: 7.00 uur
Collection Plates: Lisser Bridge just over the canal in Lisserbroek at Baker Den Butterdistance: about 180 km, it may be a bit more?!
Stops: Haastrecht (50 km.) coffee and cake, lunch Krimpen a/d Lek (110 km.) and the necessary pool- a photo-stops.
Ravitaillering: own food / drink / take money. NB: whole distance riders shoot me for everything and we settle after lunch for coffee / pastry, ferry and lunch
Lunch: Bart Miller regulates halfway around Krimpen a / d Lek a simple lunch in the familiar De Loet.
De routeleads along low-traffic roads and paths. Er worden kilometers gemaakt dus ….. We do not drive the shortest way. Through many beautiful waters and a lush green environment, we drive along the rivers include the Drecht, Kromme Mijdrecht, IJssel and the Vlist. After crossing the Lek through the "punt Schoonhoven" we take the 3 beautiful windmills at Groot Ammers to Graafstroom.
We follow until finally the furthest point: the above-mentionedKinderdijkwith its many beautiful mills (Unesco Werelferfgoed).
On the bike path there we go quietly navigating between the many tourists on the ferry over to the Lek. Wees een heer/dame in het verkeer en geniet van de oer- Hollandse horizon!!
The return will be devised by Bart Miller. Here too is fixed again to make something beautiful.
Expected arrival at the home Botter Street in Lisse 16.00 hours if a beer with snack Pier and Carien in the garden or otherwise in!!
