Saturday morning 10.00 h was the first triathlon of the season on the program. The water was a little cold 14gr, and it was the first time this year that I went outside swimming. It was very busy around 200 atleten, nice weather so it is bang. It was an easy match for my little short but you have to think long term and that includes short performances at. We had to swim 500m I came in 18th out of the water went quite well,then to the bike and bang on my new Haibike available by Looijenstijn two-wheelers. The bike went very had the fastest bike time of the day. Came 2nd Bike number 3 was right behind mine and I knew he was running (ned multiple champion, Hope won national and international competitions). Had to let him go quickly, could be fine defend my 3rd place.. A good start to the season and moreish….
